Q: Why can I hear sounds, but can’t see anything on the monitor?
A: Make sure the LCD switch is set on ON. If that does not work, make sure to check or replace the batteries.
Q: How do I adjust the picture on the monitor?
A: The picture might need to be adjusted in order for it to be clear. Turn off the receiver and then turn on your receiver again; it will automatically default to the Brightness Control mode. From there you will be able to adjust the brightness of the picture simply by using the up and down buttons.
Q: How do I make the picture more clear?
A: The camera is too far from your baby. Place the camera up to 10 feet from your baby. In night vision mode place it no more than 6 feet away.
Q: Why is the picture only in black and white?
A: The camera is on automatic night vision due to low light conditions. If it should not be on night vision, make sure that the light sensor on the camera is not being blocked.
Q: Why is the sound on the receiver weak?
A: The volume may be too low. You may need to increase the volume level. The units may also be too far apart, causing the receiver to be weak. Bring the units closer together. Make sure to check or replace all batteries.
Q: Why is the monitor making squealing noises?
A: The camera and receiver are too close to each other. Move them farther apart or decrease the volume. |
